Problem solving
Problems’ roots often go a lot deeper than the problem owner knows. It is one of my skills to dig up these roots.
The deeper the roots you find, the more accurate and in the end efficient the problem solving process will be.
Teamwork
Throughout my bachelor and my master, more than half of all courses and assignments have been in teams.

Soft skills
I know when to talk and when not to. When I feel that it’s needed however, I will try to find the weak spot and point it out.
I am willing to help others out and I am able to teach others.
I’m good with people and find that I easily find a spot in any group.
I can deal with criticism and I learn best from my mistakes.
I can be a group leader, as well as not.
Creative Facilitation
I completed the TU Delft elective Creative Facilitation which taught me how to manage groups through a creative problem solving process. Participants do not need to have prior problem solving knowledge, nor have to be involved in the problem. The skills learned are applicable to any problem solving process and allow me to use crowd sourcing as part of the process.
